wear a mouthguard

This is an photo of  the Gold Coast Sun’s AFL player Seb Tape after he had his two front teeth knocked out when playing Adelaide in last years season opener.

It was reported on theage.com.au that Seb would at often times wear his mouthguard in his sock as he found it uncomfortable.

”I’ve always had one, but it always ends up in my sock because I find it so uncomfortable,” he said. ”I always prefer not to wear it, but I’ll get one made up now to protect the chops.”

He went on to finish the game, which to be quite frank wasn’t the best move to make. We suggest that if you ever suffer from an injury like this that you follow the steps outlined here.
